Background
The globalisation of business is creating countless new management tasks and is placing fresh demands on accepted good practice in management. In the process, soft skills in particular are rapidly gaining in significance.
Different national and corporate cultures together with the role of morality, values and norms in business and management are increasingly determining the ability of organisations to cooperate and, in turn, their success. This applies to creating value chains, building international teams, exercising social responsibility with respect to the locations and partners of companies and to ensuring the legality and integrity of its transactions. Communication and the management of values are what counts.
Since 1997 KIeM has been investigating and implementing management systems whose aim is to use communication and culture, morality and values as strategic success factors in modern corporate governance.
In its chosen area, KIeM is among the leaders worldwide.
