Guidance for managing organizational duties and obligatory supervision
The research project "Guidance for managing organizational duties and obligatory supervision" aims to identify the requirements to fulfill the vital organizational duties (organizational duties and obligatory supervision) with regard to the management and control of enterprises. The principles of necessary management measures to achieve this aim will be analyzed and a "guidance for the evaluation of organizational and supervisory duties" for enterprises of different compliance complexity levels will be deduced from the results of the research.
