Born 1976. Apprenticeship with a bank and work experience as a consultant for bank products and insurances. Further training to “Fachwirt BankColleg”. Study of Business Administration with emphasis on International Management, Strategic Planning, Foreign Trade and Controlling at the University of Applied Sciences Konstanz (HTWG Konstanz).
Internship in the controlling department for Projects and R&D in a medium-sized company with the segments factory-, logistics- and process automation and a second internship in a tax and audit company. Degree of Diplom-Betriebswirt (FH) of the University of Applied Sciences in 2007; Diploma thesis on “Neue gesetzliche Anforderungen an das interne Kontrollsystem – Auswirkungen auf die Roche-Gruppe” in cooperation with an pharmaceutical company.
Since October 2007 research assistant to Prof. Dr. Andreas Bertsch and Prof. Dr. Werner Volz at the University of Applied Sciences, since 2008 at the Konstanz Institute of Corporate Governance (KICG). Cooperative doctorate with Prof. Dr. Jochen Sigloch, Chair for business taxation and auditing at the University Bayreuth.
