Integrity is the guiding principle of KIeM's work and its relations with its partners in research and development.
KIeM's work is shaped by the belief that it has a responsibility to society at large. It advocates openness in society and its work aims to develop and strengthen the self-regulating abilities of the social actors and to promote their ability to cooperate on the regional, national and international level.
Integrity, trust, credibility, transparency and openness are further maxims for the behaviour of KIeM's members amongst themselves and in their dealings with those they work with.
