Born 1969. Studies of law at the Eberhard-Karls-University Tübingen and legal clerkship at the regional court of Ravensburg.
Multi-year experience as lawyer with focus on commercial law. In 2004 studies of „Advanced Project Management“ at Damelin Management School in Port Elizabeth / South Africa. Following legal counsel and vice procurement manager of a medium-sized international acting enterprise. From 2010-2011 further qualification as Certified Compliance Professional at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
Since November 2011 research assistant of Prof. Dr. Stephan Grüninger at the Konstanz Institute of Corporate Governance (KICG) within the research project "Guidance for managing organizational duties and obligatory supervision".
