Exam

30-minute spoken exam in pairs Students are assessed at the end of the semester in an oral exam in which they demonstrate – in pairs – their ability to conduct small talk, handle a telephone call in which a customer makes a complaint, and give an ad hoc short presentation on a business related topic.
