In addition to conducting basic research, the KIeM Institute for Intercultural Management, Values and Communication makes an immediate and innovative contribution to solving diverse management problems at home and abroad through its applied research and development activities.
This research and development work forms a bridge linking the university in which it is located to the reality of management. At the same time, it enriches the teaching and learning undertaken at universities, in professional education and in management development.
KIeM aims to be the first port-of-call for all organisations from the worlds of science, business and administration seeking research and development services in KIeM's areas of expertise.
