    The Brigitte-Schlieben-Lange Program was initiated by the Baden-Württemberg state government to support female junior researchers, PhD students and artists with children.     Increasing the number of women at universities of applied sciences (UAS)

    The “UAS Mentoring – Dream Job: Professor" is a joint project between the HTWG Konstanz - University of Applied Sciences along with six other universities of applied sciences in Germany to attract more women professors from the areas of business, science, administration and culture.

    How to successfully balance two careers and family?

    The Dual Career Service at the HTWG Konstanz offers information and advising services for the partners of newly-hired professors, junior researchers and administrators on how they can continue their professional careers. We support you in the job application process and offer information and advising on continuing education and qualification questions and how to successfully restart your life in Konstanz.

    Mathilde Planck Program for Adjunct Instructors

    The goal of the Mathilde Planck Program is to increase the number of female professors by giving women academics the opportunity to first gain teaching experience as an adjunct instructor. The recipients are funded for two years, after which they can apply for a professorship at an institute of higher learning. The application deadline is September 15th for the winter semester and March 1st for the summer semester.

    Occupational Profile Female Professor

    The project “Female professors - where are you?" deals with the issue of the still low number of female professors at German universities and universities of applied sciences.
