- Healthy University
The working group "Healthy University” pursues the goal of supporting and improving the health of all employees at the HTWG Konstanz via preventive offerings on campus. The working group meets two to three times per semester. Anyone interested in joining can come anytime.
The Healthy University offers the following activities: jogging, back training & chi-yoga, qi gong, lunchtime massage, self-defense, active sailing on the HTWG-Xpresso.
- Gender Equality and Diversity
The demographic shift, an increasing internationalization and the opening of national labor markets contribute to the increasing heterogeneity of the student body, professors and staff at the HTWG Konstanz - University of Applied Sciences. In order to do justice to this development and its social mission, the HTWG Konstanz has expanded its targets on equal opportunity and educational justice to include diversity management as an important strategic task for the future.
