The goal of this program is to support female junior researchers during the qualification phase for a professorship and to increase the number of women in top positions in the sciences. Mathilde Planck Program for Adjunct Instructors
The goal of the Mathilde Planck Program is to increase the number of female professors by giving women academics the opportunity to first gain teaching experience as an adjunct instructor. The recipients are funded for two years, after which they can apply for a professorship at an institute of higher learning. The application deadline is September 15th for the winter semester and March 1st for the summer semester.

The project “Female professors - where are you?" deals with the issue of the still low number of female professors at German universities and universities of applied sciences.
