The HTWG Konstanz - University of Applied Sciences primarily offers German-language degree programs. These programs require C1 level German skills to attend full time. C1 University level skills are equivalent to a score of at least 16 points on the TestDaF or a DSH 2 or 3 on the DSH test. You can turn in your application before taking these language tests, however you need to submit the scores to the HTWG Konstanz by the start of the semester you are applying for (March for summer semester, September for winter semester).
However, international students have several other options:
- Participate in one of our exchange programs - contact the International Office for more information
- Students enrolled at our AACSB-accredited partner university, Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology (STUST), can apply for our double degree master program "International Management Asia-Europe" (MIM)
- Take part in our German preparation program
Semester Dates
The academic year consists of two semesters:
Winter Semester: September 1 - February 28/29
Summer Semester: March 1 - August 31
