Motivation
Like many other regions, the Lake Constance region is facing profound transformation processes: climate change, the mobility transition, digitalization, energy supply, and skills shortages are affecting all sectors. At the same time, the region has a high density of committed stakeholders from science, business, administration, civil society, and culture. However, many of these stakeholders have so far worked alongside each other rather than with each other.
This is where BodenseeLinked comes in: the platform aims to highlight this potential, facilitate networking, and enable joint projects. It is not just about exchange, but also about active shaping—locally rooted, but open to international perspectives within the four-country region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein).
Program
BodenseeLinked offers a digital infrastructure for connecting topics, ideas, and people:
- Community platform with profiles, posts, comments, groups, and direct contact options
- Topic rooms (e.g., mobility, energy, circular economy, urban development, innovation)
- Events and networking meetings to deepen exchange and cooperation
- Cooperation offers – find allies for your idea or get involved in existing initiatives
- Project visibility – show what you are working on and benefit from regional expertise
- Open to everyone: start-ups, companies, universities, cities and municipalities, NGOs, students, or interested citizens
BodenseeLinked creates a vibrant space where ideas grow, new alliances are formed, and the future is shaped – together and across borders.
