      Career

      Sibylle Koch graduated from the Faculty of Architecture and Design at the HTWG Konstanz. After working in architectural offices in Überlingen and Vienna, she turned to project management of publicly funded projects, including in the fields of "Women in management positions" and "Digitization in SMEs". She gained experience in project management, marketing and event organization at the Steinbeis Innovation Center for Corporate Development at Pforzheim University of Applied Sciences, the Lake Constance Economic Development Agency and the Lake Constance Innovation 4.0 Center at the HTWG Konstanz. She has been a project employee at the IST Institute since 2020 and is responsible for community management, event and workshop organization as well as communication and marketing for the Kilometer1 startup initiative.

      Career

      Rebecca Reinkunz completed her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in industrial engineering at the University of Constance. During this time, she gained experience in various companies in the automotive industry. After completing her studies, she moved to the semiconductor industry, where she worked in an interface function between project and process management. She has been supporting the IST Institute since 2024 and is currently on the way to founding her own company.
