Alexander Heiser is a Research Associates at the KICG under the direction of Prof. Dr. Stephan Grüninger.
Initially, he studied business administration (B.A.) at the University of Applied Sciences in Konstanz for Economics, Technology and Design (HTWG).
After working for two years in the electronics industry as an assistant to production management, he went on to study for a Master's degree in Business Management (M.A.) at the HTWG Konstanz, focusing on leadership, corporate governance and compliance.
In his master's thesis he focused on "Compliance and Integrity as a management task - challenges in the development of an ethical corporate culture".
