Prof. Dr. rer. pol. Stephan Grüninger is Head of the Konstanz Institut für Corporate Governance (KICG) and holds the W3 Chair in General Business Administration, specialising in Managerial Economics, at the Konstanz University of Applied Sciences – Technology, Business and Design. He is Chairman of the Board of the DNWE — Deutsches Netzwerk Wirtschaftsethik e.V., heads the Forum Compliance & Integrity (FCI) and the Forum Compliance Mittelstand (FCM), and is a member of the Scientific Advisory Board of DICO — Deutsches Institut für Compliance e.V.
