      Here you can find the examination schedule of the Faculty of EI, which is also valid for SET.

    • Examination Board

    • Exam Registration

      Compulsory examinations: For SET, registration for compulsory examinations, resits and scheduled examinations (after withdrawal in the previous semester) is done automatically through the Central Examination Office.

      Compulsory electives: You can register for compulsory elective examinations online via the Student Portal. This is only possible within a certain period, which you will be informed of by e-mail.

      Additional subjects (e.g. studium generale): Registration for additional subjects is done in writing using the printed registration form at the Central Examination Office.

      Bringing examinations forward

    • Exam Cancellation

      You can withdraw from non-scheduled exams online via the Student Portal. This is only possible within a certain period, which will be communicated to you by e-mail.

      After this deadline, and up to one day before the exam, you can withdraw using the withdrawal form that you must submit to the EI Faculty Office (F 117).

      If you are withdrawing on the day of the examination, the withdrawal form must be submitted directly to the examiner immediately before the start of the examination if the examination is not scheduled.

      Central Examination Services

      In the event of withdrawal due to illness, the relevant withdrawal form must be submitted to the Head of the Examination Office (PAV), Prof. Dr. Alexander Krupp, or to the Faculty Office (F 117) within two days, together with a doctor's certificate. In order to inform the examiner in advance, you are welcome to write a short e-mail to the examiner on the day of the exam, stating that you are withdrawing due to illness.
