    Successfully master change through strategic transformation of your organization

    In times of accelerating change, the ability to strategically transform one's own business (business transformation) is considered the key to sustainable success. Companies are challenged to build something new and optimize existing structures at the same time.

    The challenge here lies in the successful implementation of business transformation. Embedded entrepreneurial teams can support this change by developing integrated innovation in products, services, and business models as small, agile units. However, for strategic renewal and innovation-driven growth to succeed, management must cope with greater complexity and find ways to deal effectively with unavoidable uncertainty.

    • existing core business: Design of entrepreneurial teams and leadership at the interface between corporate and entrepreneurial teams
    • Staffing of entrepreneurial teams and definition of a profile for employed entrepreneurs as team leaders
