Embedded entrepreneurial teams (corporate entrepreneurship) are a concrete option for implementing the ambidexterity necessary for sustainable success within a company. Such cross-functional, semi-autonomous teams focus on developing strategic innovations to establish new business areas that arise in parallel with the optimization of the core business in the parent organization.
