    Strategic Management Perspectives Dialog (SMP)

    Since 2006, SMP Dialog has been bringing together business leaders to exchange experiences across industries. In the exclusive setting of the Walter Storms Gallery in Munich, a small group of personally invited participants from large corporations, medium-sized businesses, and growth companies engage in discussion. The focus is on professional and personal exchange among peers, stimulated by outstanding speakers. Strict adherence to the Chatham House Rules ensures a trustworthy environment.

    The speakers at Strategic Management Perspectives 2024

    • Anna Maria Braun, partner and CEO of B. Braun, shares her views on Germany as a business location and her strategies for remaining globally competitive from here.
       
    • Prof. Dr. Henrik Müller, TU Dortmund University, takes a look at overall economic developments and, as a columnist and former deputy editor-in-chief of manager magazin, offers a pointed assessment of the expected economic and global political developments for discussion.
       
    • Dr. Alexander von Frankenberg, As managing director of High-Tech Gründerfonds, the largest early-stage venture capital fund, Dr. Alexander von Frankenberg highlights the increasingly strategic role of technology start-ups in the successful transformation of our industrial landscape.
       
    • Silvia Reischer, first female director of the German Federal Intelligence Service (BND) and most recently the BND president's representative for sustainability and technology, shares her insights on economic and security-related technological competition.

    Following tradition, further exchanges will be accompanied by our Flying Art Dinner at around 6 p.m. in the rooms of the Walter Storms Gallery.

      The SMP dialogue event focuses on professional and personal exchange among peers. Strict adherence to the Chatham House Rules provides the trustworthy framework necessary for this open dialogue. On the third Thursday of November each year, we put current strategic topics up for discussion.

      The SMP Dialogue is supported in its organization and orientation by  H&Z Management Consulting, a founding member of the CoPS user research group at the  IST Institute for Strategic Innovation & Transformation at the University of Applied Sciences in Konstanz.
