Always use your HTWG email address when communicating with the Central Examinations Office and the Student Affairs Office!
Central Examinations Office
In the subject line, include your degree program, your student ID number/applicant number, and the nature of your inquiry.
If you’re unsure who the correct contact person is, you can send one email to multiple people (using the “To” or “CC” fields). Sending multiple individual emails creates a significant amount of work, which may delay your response.
You’re also welcome to stop by in person!
Note: Until further notice, the Central Student Advisory Service (ZSB) will be handling the Central Examinations Office’s office hours:
