The bachelor thesis, supervised by Prof. Dr. Stephan Grüninger, was awarded the GGW Innovation Prize "Young Minds for Medium-Sized Businesses" and the ZF Prize for the best human resources thesis in business administration at the University of Applied Sciences Constance in 2012.
