    Submission

Thank you for your interest in the UNITO conference. To actively participate at the UNITO conference, please submit an abstract (about 300 words) latest by August 31st, 2021.

All submissions will be reviewed by October 3rd. Accepted contributions are invited to hand in a short paper (two to four pages) to unito@htwg-konstanz.de by November 4th, if a later publication is desired.

To be part of the UNITO 2021 program, your proposal has to have a clear connection to the conference theme “Universities of Tomorrow: Global, Interdisciplinary, Digitized, Sustainable”.

Questions to be addressed might include the following, but are not limited to:

    • What are the critical skills and areas of competence for tomorrow and how can we teach them most appropriately?

    • How can a higher education system unleash the full potential of its learners?

    • How can we meet the global challenges such as sustainability and digitalization as institutions of higher education?

    • Where can we build alliances across and beyond universities?

    • How can we sustain and strengthen university partnerships and collaborative efforts in times of climate change and limited mobility?

We encourage contributions across all academic disciplines and stakeholders, researchers, teaching staff, practitioners, and International Office members to ensure a wide variety of perspectives on these questions.

The UNITO conference is being planned as an online event, so your submission should reflect that your presentation is suitable to a virtual delivery mode.

The abstract can be submitted here:
