    Keynote Speakers

    We are glad to announce the following distinguished keynote speakers at UNITO:

    • Frank Riemensperger, Senior Managing Director Accenture Germany

      Frank Riemensperger is Senior Managing Director at Accenture Germany. He previously served as the Market Unit Lead for Accenture in Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Russia between 2009 and 2021 and was also a member of Accenture’s Global Management Committee.

      He holds a seat in the senate of the German National Academy of Science and Engineering (acatech) and serves on the Supervisory Board of the German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence (DFKI). In addition, he is part of the steering committees of the German Digital Association Bitkom, the Platform Industry 4.0 and the Platform Learning Systems as well as a member of the German High-Tech Forum.  
      Frank Riemensperger is co-author of the books “Titelverteidiger” (“Defending Champion”) and “Neues Wagen” (“Ushering in a New Era”), envisioning the future of the German industry.

    • Rosa Lee, Executive Vice President of Bosch (China) Investment Ltd, Board member of Bosch China, responsible for Human Resources in China & Asia Pacific

      Since Feb 2019, Mrs. Lee has been the Executive Vice President of Bosch (China) Investment Ltd, Board member of Bosch China, responsible for Asia Pacific Human Resources management and innovations.

      Mrs. Rosa Lee graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law with law degree, and obtained MBA from Kellogg School of Management – Northwest University & Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). Having gained a breadth of leadership experience in several large multinational companies and accumulated more than 20 years’ experience in HR and business areas, Rosa joined Bosch in 2010 as the Senior Vice President Human Resources of Bosch China. From 2015, she is the Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources Management in Stuttgart Germany Bosch Global Headquarter. Starting from Feb 2019, she joins the Management Board of Bosch China as the Executive Vice President, responsible for Human Resources in Asia Pacific.

    • Vasilis Koulolias, Director and founder of eGovlab

      Vasilis is the Director and founder of eGovlab; an applied research institution at Stockholm University, Department of Computer Science - Sweden. eGovlab is a unique government Digital Innovation Lab with a testbed focusing on Public Sector Transformation towards service delivery.

      As a social entrepreneur, technologist and mentor, Vasilis has dedicated over two decades to improve good governance while bridging the gap between citizens, local communities and policy makers. His success to date is based on building strong relationships between government, industry, civil society and the research sector shifting societal transformation towards inclusion, transparency and efficiency in developed and developing nations.

      He currently serves as the Senior Advisor for Digital Transformation to the President of Botswana; Member of the Digital Transformation Strategy (NTS) Team for Botswana, Programme Chair of the International Council for Information Technology in Government Administration (ICA); and an advisory member at the World Economic Forum (PACI). During his tenure in the Industry, Civil Society and Government, he was placed amongst the Top 10 most influential players in the field of Politics and the Internet, a finalist in the INC magazine Entrepreneur of the Year Award, Indiana Growth 100 and has been featured in several books and publications including "Business@the Speed of Thought" by Bill Gates. Vasilis has published several articles on how ICT can improve governance. He is an Economist, Technologist and Political Scientist.
